Atomixer reports a missing MSVCR71.dll file. What is this?
You may be missing version 7.1 of the Microsoft Runtime Library in your system. Download the missing
library file from here and save
it in the game directory. By default this directory is
C:\Program Files\SharkbaitGames\Atomixer but may vary depending on where you chose to
install the game and the version of Windows on your computer.
Atomixer does not run on my computer.
This problem may be due to obsolete
drivers on your computer.
Please update your graphics and sound drivers and try running the game again.
I do not know how to update my computer drivers! What can I do?
Open the Atomixer program group in the Windows Start menu and click on the
Atomixer (Compatibility Mode) icon to run the game. This is a special mode that makes minimal
use of your graphics hardware and is hence more likely to run without problems.
My drivers are up to date but I still cannot run Atomixer! What else can I do?
Try running the game in compatiblity mode as described in the previous answer. If you are still unable
to run the game we may be able to help you if can provide us with the error log file named
NGLError.log that is created in the game's installation directory. This file contains
technical information describing the errors that occured during execution of the game.
The animation in Atomixer seems choppy. What's going on?
Atomixer is designed to make best use your computer's processing power by delegating all
graphic rendering tasks to your computer's specialised
graphics hardware. If you run Atomixer in Compatiblity Mode or if the game fails to detect
appropriate graphics hardware, it defaults to using the computer's main processor to render graphics,
potentially causing a slight drop in the game's performance and graphical quality.

Atomixer features an online score board. Do I need an internet connection to play the game?
No. If you do not have an internet connection or Atomixer is unable to connect to the internet-based
score board, you can still play the game but will not be prompted to submit your scores online.
I won't play Atomixer because I don't like games making unsolicited online connections!
The first time you run Atomixer, an Options dialog box automatically pops up to allow you to
configure the game. The Check Online Hi-Scores checkbox in the dialog box controls the online
score board feature. If this checkbox is enabled, the game matches your score against the online
scoreboard after every play session and notifies you score qualifies for the online ranking. If the
checkbox is disabled, the online check is not performed. Howver, note that even with the checkbox
disabled, you cam still access the online score board by selecting the Online filter in the
hi-score screen.

How do I unlock the full version of the game?
When you buy one of our games from our web site, a copy of the order is sent to you via e-mail.
This e-mail contains a serial key consisting of 25 letters separated by a dash at 5-letter intervals,
for example: ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO-PQRST-UVWXY. The serial key is required to unlock the full
version and should be noted down. To unlock the game:
- Run the game from the desktop, quick-launch bar or the Start menu. A trial screen will appear.
- Click the Enter Key button to open the Enter Serial Key dialog box.
- Copy the serial key from the order email and paste it into the edit field of the dialog box.
- Click OK to confirm the serial key.

No. An internet connection is only needed to process the payment of the game and for delivery of the
order e-mail containing the serial key. To install the game on a computer not connected to the
internet, write down the serial key provided in the e-mail and key it in manually in the trial

What should I do with the serial key you e-mailed me when I ordered the game?
Write it down and keep it in a safe place for later reference. If you need to reinstall the game,
you may still use the serial key originally provided with the order.

You may reinstall the game any number of times by using the serial key provided in the order e-amil.
What if I reformat my hard drive, upgrade my computer or replace my old computer with a new one?
You may still use the original serial key to reinstall the game on your upgraded or new computer. The
serial key is only tied to your specific order and is not tied to your hardware.
What if I lose my serial key and need to reinstall the game?

with the original or a replacement serial key.

Can I install the game on more than one computer at a time?
No, the end user license agreement (EULA) grants you the right to install and use one copy of the
game. You are free however to install and play the game on another computer provided you uninstall
it from the original computer.
Can I buy one of your games as a gift?
Yes. Simply purchase the game and give the URL to the game install file (or a downloaded copy)
together with the serial key supplied in the order e-mail to the intended recipient. Please do not
apply the serial key on your trial copy of the game as this constitutes acceptance of the license
